In many shamanic societies, if you come to a medicine person complaining of being dishearted, dispirited, or depressed, they would ask one of four questions: When did you stop dancing? When did you stop singing? When did you stop being enchanted by stories? When did you stop finding comfort in the sweet territory of silence?

General education
Playgroup Travno in my home town Zagreb, International kindergarten in Oslo and Sunshine Preschool in Staefa, on the lake of Zurich where I currently live. I also had a company Inner Kids that was dedicated to creating and promoting subtle arts for children as well as educational materials for holistic child development. I’ve created a Yoga for Kids program and participated in Children in Permaculture promotion. Eventually I also served as a mentor for professional training of teachers in the field of neohumanist education worldwide.
Dance
Since early childhood dance has been my favourite form of expression and way of communicating with my inner and outer world. Whenever I am at the crossroads in life I dance my way into the next phase. I have found out that our bodies never lie. On the contrary, they are vehicles for truth and profound insight. When we dance together, the community that emerges is charged with beauty, strength and joy.
I invite you too to become a dancer of light, to perform your beauty on the stage of life. Rock the world and celebrate. Celebrate!!!
Probably I danced before I walked. My childhood was full of injured knees after my attempts to run freely wherever and whenever in my pursuit for freedom. No wonder, my first official dance experiences were under Milana Bros’s Free Dance Ensemble in Zagreb, Croatia where I spent 10 delightful years exploring body improvisations and performed with our troup on various stages including nature and city-scapes.
Suddenly I felt a need to expand my dance vocabulary with something totally different so I went to India and started with classical Indian dance Bharta Natyam, where all movements are prescribed and yet lead to another profound level of inner freedom. I learned how to use the body and the mind in a healthy way. Shyamala Mohanraj, my beloved teacher, introduced me to a special style of her direct teacher, famous Bala Saraswati, with emphasis on abhinaya, an expressional dance that conveys inner feelings and states of mind.
Back to Europe I followed the Karana Dance style of Padma Subramanyam with my coach Dominique Delorme. The sound of ankle bells still resounds in my being.
After becoming a mom I embraced another dance adventure: Oriental Dance, Egyptial style with Hanny Abdin. Finally I took a dive into the most feminine parts of my body, the hips, the belly and the breasts. Very sensual and very sacred, so healthy for a female body and our capacity to create a new life.
Dance is the activity that wives together all the offers of the Healing Heartist. When we can dance what we need, we are healed.
Colour education
Was pink my favourite colour when I was 3 years old? Very likely. Green was definitely my favourite after my heart was broken. I filled up my wardrobe with green clothes until my heart mended. Unexpectedly, brown dominated my life when I was thrown into unfriendly circumstances and sought protection and comfort. As Mother earth embraces
all her creatures, brown embraced me until I felt strong and safe again. A few colours seem forever present in my life as if they have deeper meaning for me. And they do!!!
I invite you too to dive into the colours of your existence. Learn about their profound meaning and paint a new portrait of yourself. Discover your own colourful rays and infuse them into the world around you.
In 2005 I came in contact with the teachings of Aura-Soma, a colour therapy for the soul. I learned about the amazing life of it’s founder Vicky Wall and made my first experiences that were so profound and dramatic in a subtle way, that I just knew how true this entire frequency medicine was. The wave carried me on to continue my study with Elsbeth Maurer in the field of deep psychology of Loving Wisdom and Inner Order ( Innere Ordnung ). As I worked with those tools I started combining more of my rich knowledge of yoga, meditation and arts and developed my own way of working which culminates with the Medicine Mandalas.
Ritualistic Mask education
It was my Kashi, the very first ritualistic mask I made, who pushed me toward manifesting my inner world into the outer reality. He is my number 0, the Seeker, the Fool, the innocence in me that just made that first step on the new road. Richness of the nagual suddenly emerged in the tonal in front of my eyes through the entire theater of beings from Atlantis to Ilumina, from K’iin Surya to Chandra Luna, from Jophiel to Gaia. In this universe of endless possibilities there are surely more inner faces waiting to emerge and play on the stage of life…
I invite you too to build a mask, make it alive and give birth to a potential that is lying dormant in the hidden depths of your being; a birth to the new you!!!
Veronika Glaser guided me on many mask building journeys since 2009. The stage plays with those masks were always a very special experience. It is on them that I realised the healing power of such “mask gatherings”.To become a coach for this creative adventure I studied also under Reinhard Winkler and Malou Eberspaecher in their Atelier Wandlungskunst in Germany in 2015 and 2016 (Wandlungskurs für soziale und pädagogische Berufe).
Rooted in shamanism, these practices are a perfect blend of all different forms of art, embedded in nature, deeply profound and yet easily accessible to everyone. Healing Heartist is my most powerful mask.
Yogic Education
It always felt so healthy to stretch or twist into a yoga posture. The resulting flow of prana (vital force) and the balancing of my hormones and chakras were the perfect tools for my physical and emotional wellbeing. There was also the mind. It needed to be tamed and tuned in order to receive the most subtle frequencies. And still there was more. As I continued my quest I encountered the vastness of the mysterious. I melted in a mystical love between me and the Beloved….
I invite you too to explore your body and mind going beyond limitation into the realm of vast cosmic intelligence. Awaken your spirit and become linked to the supreme source.
his is definitely a life long study. At some point I felt that I was on that path since time immemorial….
But let me state that my official initiation was in February of 1983. The Path of Bliss was and still is full of insights, enlightenments, endarkenments, transfigurations, challenges of all kinds but also of stillness, comfort and divine love.
Shrii Shrii Anandamurti is the ultimate teacher underneath all wisdoms I ever was graced to experience. I met him personally and I am meeting him in the vast legacy he left. Many of the Healing Heartist offers are either inspired or directly taken from his tantric treasure box.
As I grew innerly I was accepted to a training of becoming a tattvika and later a family acharya, serving by personal example and guiding those who are ready to embark on their own journey of self-discovery.
I consider myself being lucky in having many fantastic teachers in my life, as you could already read. Their greatness is mainly in their humanity and in their passion for the wisdom they transmit.
All my relationships have taught me a lot as well.
Very special thanks to my parents, my children and my pats for daily lessons on love, compassion and courage.
